The Board of Directors of Nexgram is pleased to announce that Medic Asset Group Sdn Bhd (“MAGSB”), a wholly owned sub-subsidiary of Nexgram had on 18 August 2022 entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) with Wings By Croske Resort Langkawi Sdn. Bhd. (“Wings” or “the Target Company”) to negotiate in good faith with a view of entering into a definitive Conditional Share Sale Agreement (“CSSA”) for the acquisition by MAGSB of the entire share equity of the Target Company.
