Job Description:

• Initiate, Procure, Educate new government agencies and Correspondences on methods to optimize their processes to increase their traction in post-pandemic public services
• Identify the agency’s needs and grow order rates of company product account to sustainable levels
• Actively communicate via phone calls and emails to proactively support the relevant agencies’ Correspondences
• Initiate, Propose, Select and customise items under assigned product category for various user awareness campaigns, promotions, online marketing, and media as required
• Analyse the performance of campaigns, Special Sales, Trial and Test, to ensure achievement of income targets
• Analyse data, reports and trends with the business development team Requirements

A recognized degree in any field; experience in government and political administration, secretarial, project evaluation and proposals. Knowledge in e-commerce industry will be an added advantaged. Strong analytical skills (experience with Excel analysis necessary). Innovative problem-solving skills ; able to dissect and identify problems and implement solutions accordingly. Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, other ability to converse fluently in their language will be an added advantage.
