Kuala Lumpur, 15 September 2016: Nexgram holdings Bhd director Chen Chuan Sum had resigned from the group to pursue personal career interest.

The departure of Chen following the emerges of Tuan Haji Norzain as Nexgram substantial shareholder has well positioned the company diversification plan to pursue government contracts and projects, under Nexgram Infrastructures Sdn Bhd.

Tuan Haji Norzain is also the Deputy Chairman of Nexgram Holdings Bhd. He has more than 20 years of extensive board and management experience in business development, operations, technology, international affairs and government relations. He is currently the Managing Director of Glotel Sdn Bhd, a company which he founded in 2001 with the principal business of supplying medical equipment.

He was the Special Officer to Y.B. Dato’ Seri Hishammuddin Tun Hussein, the Minister of Defense, from 1993 to 2014. He had successfully led complex businesses and multi-cultural team in driving the strategic compass and providing oversight on policy implementations and strategic communication.

He is also a director in Daya Secadyme Sdn. Bhd., Daya Proffscorp Sdn. Bhd, Daya Maxflo Sdn. Bhd. and Daya OCI Sdn Bhd, subsidiary companies of Daya Materials Berhad, a company listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. He is also a director of several private companies.
